Books that inspire

The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks

For anyone who knows they need a little (or big) push to take a leap in life in order to step into their greatness or…for those who feel a little demotivated and like their current life choice isn’t serving them any longer. This is a must read!

The Monk who Sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma

Such a great and simple read. Robin does a wonderful job at telling a story that is easy to follow but also laden with lessons for us to absorb. It’s a wonderful way to get started on the journey of great change!

The Leader who had no title by Robin Sharma

‘Nobody succeeds beyond his or her wildest expectations unless he or she begins with some wild expectations.’ Ralph Charell

What a quote to start a book! This book was one of the first I inhaled as I started my spiritual path. It is truly inspirational and really helps you to grasp the idea that your title and position in life really isn’t important at all. It is how you serve people and what passion you bring to the table! It emphasizes the idea that we need to look inside for self-acceptance and in doing so we can give to others as opposed to spending (read wasting) our time in caring what others think of us/how others see us. It is an endless road that leads nowhere.

Love is the Killer App by Tim Sanders

This book is a wonderful illustration of an idea I have been exploring for some time now. It’s all about giving back to others. If this world isn’t better because I was here, what is the point? It explores the wonderful idea that if we give to others, we get so much back in return (just because we gave from our hearts…not expecting anything in return). If you put these ideas into practice you will be amazed at how the universe rewards you.
